B.O.A. budget update

Thanks to all of those members who forwarded monthly correspondence from last year. I now have a complete archive on the site posted by year. I've also started a section for articles. My article on ADS-B isn't up yet because I'm having trouble uploading the pictures &  diagrams that are imbedded in the article.
